A1蜗杆、蜗轮参数的匹配
采用本标准规定中心距的ZA、ZN、ZI和ZK蜗杆传动,其蜗杆和蜗轮的参数匹配按表A1的规定。
A2蜗杆、蜗轮及其传动的尺寸规格的标记方法
A2.1标记内容
蜗杆的标记内容包括:蜗杆的类型(ZA、ZN、ZI、ZK),模数m,分度圆直径d1,螺旋方向(右旋:R或左旋:L),头数z1。
蜗轮的标记内容包括:相配蜗杆的类型(ZA、ZN、ZI、ZK),模数m,齿数z2。
蜗杆传动的标记方法用分式表示,其中分子为蜗杆的代号,分母为蜗轮齿数z2。
A2.2标记示例
A2.2.1齿形为N1,齿形角αn为20°,模数为10mm,分度圆直径为90mm,头数为2的右旋圆柱蜗杆;齿数为80的蜗轮,以及由它们组成的圆柱蜗杆传动。则
蜗杆标记为:蜗杆ZN110×90R2;
蜗杆标记为:蜗杆ZN110×80;
蜗杆传动标记为:
或 蜗杆传动ZN110×90R2/80。
A2.2.2对ZK蜗杆,除A2.2.1规定的标记内容外,还应注明刀具直径d0。若用直径为500mm砂轮磨削的ZK1蜗杆,则
蜗杆标记为:蜗杆ZK1×90R2-500;
蜗轮标记为:蜗轮ZN110×80;
蜗杆传动标记为:
或 蜗杆传动ZN110×90R2-500/80。
A2.2.3当齿形角不是20°,若为15°时,则
蜗杆标记为:蜗杆ZN110×90R2×15°
或 蜗杆ZN110×90R2×15°-500;
蜗轮标记为:蜗轮ZN110×80×15°
或蜗轮ZN110×80×15°;
蜗杆传动标记为:
或 蜗杆传动ZN110×90R2×15°/80;
或 蜗杆传动ZK110×90R2×15°-500/80。
