7.1在蜗杆传动的装配图上,以分数形式分别标注蜗杆、蜗轮(或齿轮)的精度等级、侧隙种类和标准代号。标注示例如下。
7.1.1蜗轮各组精度等级相同时,标注为
式中分子表示蜗杆Ⅱ组精度为7级、侧隙为f种类;分母表示蜗轮Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组精度均为7级。
7.1.2蜗轮各组精度等级不同时,标注为
式中分子表示蜗杆Ⅱ组精度为6级、侧隙为f种类;分母表示蜗轮Ⅰ组精度为7级、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组精度均为6级。
7.1.3对圆柱蜗杆和渐开线圆柱齿轮组成的传动,标注为
式中分子表示蜗杆Ⅱ组精度为7级、侧隙为f种类;分母表示齿轮Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组精度均为7级,侧隙为h种类。
7.2在蜗杆、蜗轮的工作图上,应分别标注其精度等级、侧隙种类和标准代号。标注示例如下。
