6.减速器承载能力与选用方法
①减速器输出轴轴端许用负荷取决于蜗轮轴的转速及额定扭矩。按下式计算。
FR=fLR
FA=fLA
式中FR——输出轴轴端径向许用负荷,见表8-133图中的a;
FA——输出轴轴端轴向许用负荷,见表8-133图中的b;
fL——速度系数,其值应符合表8-133的规定;
R——径向载荷系数,其值见表8-132;
A——轴向载荷系数,其值见表8-132。
②表8-129额定输入功率P1及额定输出扭矩T2适用于CWU,CWS型减速器,工作载荷平稳平冲击,每日工作8h,每小时启动10次,启动扭矩为输出扭矩的2.5倍,小时负荷率JC=100%环境温度为20℃。
