2.3.1.4技术条件
蜗轮滚刀的技术条件没有制定国标,在生产中,根据蜗杆传动的精度要求,普通精度蜗轮滚刀分为AA、A、B、C四种精度等级,分别用於加工6、7、8、9级(按GB10089—88)精度的蜗轮。蜗轮滚刀的制造公差列于表3-140中,对于加工高于6级精度蜗轮的滚刀制造公差列于表3-141中,其余的技术条件可参考齿轮滚刀通用技术条件。
