切向综合偏差的公差
A1总则
附在所给的文件中另有规定外,切向综合偏差的测量不是必须的。因此,这些偏差的公差未被列入本标准的正文中。
然而,经供需双方同意时,这种方法最好和轮齿接触的检测同时进行。有进可以用来替代其他的检测方法。一齿切向偏差和切向综合总偏差的定义在3.4中给出。
一齿切向综合偏差fi′的公差,可由表A1中给出的fi′/K数值乘以系数K(K见A2.1的规定)求得,或用A2.1中的5级精度公差计算式计算。而对于其他精度等级,用第5章中规定的同样规则计算,并对计算值进行圆整。
5级精度的切向综合总偏差Fi′的公差Fi′用A2.2中给出的公式计算,其他精度等级的公差计算及计算值的圆整规则与第5章相同。
当检测切向综合时,产品齿轮在适当的中心距下(有一定的侧隙)与测量齿轮单面啮合,同时要加上一轻微而足够的载荷。
A2 5级精度的公差计算式
A2.1一齿切向综合公差fi′
fi′=K(4.3+fpt+fα)
如果产品齿轮和测量齿轮的齿宽不同,则按较小的齿宽进行εr计算。
如果对轮齿的齿廊的和螺旋线进行了较大的修形,检测时,εr和K将会受到较大的影响,因而在评定测量结果时这些因素必须考虑在内,在这种情况下,对检测条件和记录曲线的评定应另订专门的协议。
