公司现有员工700多人，其中工程技术人员200余人。厂区面积20万平方米，建筑面积7万平方米，拥有立式加工中心、数控镗铣床、磨齿机等各种高、精、尖设备500台（套），其中精加工全部由数控设备完成。有配套齐全的热处理设备。本公司生产的各种减速机达300多个品种。同时根据用户要求生产各种非标类专用减速机，年生产能力5000台（套） 以上。
