Overview

The Powermax105 is the most powerful and best-performing unit in Airbus's air plasma range, and excels when cutting metal with a thickness of 32mm. Its duty cycle and reliability can be adapted to the most demanding cutting and gouging operations. Seven Duramax torches can be used for more applications such as hand-held cutting, portable automated cutting, X-Y cutting bed cutting, and robotic cutting and gouging. Smart SenseTM intelligent sensing technology automatically adjusts air pressure based on cutting mode and torch cable length. In addition, it provides electrode life depletion detection that automatically shuts off the torch power supply to avoid potential damage to other components or workpieces.
