张家口宣化天泰减速机有限公司是张家口市宣化区减速机厂改制后的企业，是一家综合型机械制造企业，河北省减速机专业生产厂家，全国起重运输行业协会传动部件分会成员单位。一九九五年我公司ZQ系列减速机在全国减速机行业抽检中被评为一等品，并被河北省技术监督局列为免检产品，获河北省经委颁发“河北省企业基础管理工作达标企业”，连续多年被河北省工商局评为“重合同守信用"企业。企业拥有固定资产上千万元，主导产品为“宣减”牌系列减速机，兼营其他机加工产品。
宣减企业重视管理、营销和技术人才的培养和引进，现有130名优秀员工，专业技术人员占员工总数的15%，具有较强的产品开发能力。
