1984年建厂,1990年从事液力传动产品的设计和生产，已累计生产液力偶合器6万余台。

年产量1.2万台（套）以上，其中限矩型液力偶合器年产9500台以上，产量国内第一。

占地面积1.3万平方米，建筑面积8500平方米。下设减速机分厂以及机械、装配、铸铝、铆焊、试验、包装等车间，拥有各类加工设备80多台（套）以及完善的试验、检验装置。2003年实现产值1950万元，利税达395万元，固定资产1500万元。产品销往除海南外的所有省市自治区。
