对各种润滑油供给方式的说明
浸油润滑:
当采用浸油润滑时,所有需要润滑的零部件均需浸在润滑油液中。
附带的补偿油箱用于存储涨溢的油液。
选择依据参见第97页。
强制润滑:
当采用强制润滑时,所有未浸在润滑油液中的零部件均通过一个法兰联接油泵或单独的电动油泵进行飞溅润滑。
齿轮箱浸油润滑方式(类型H2..H4,B2..B4)规格1..12
当选用浸油润滑方式时,必须满足下列要求:
a)最大输入转速n1,参见表2;
b)允许油温,参见表3。 |

最低工作粘度不得小于25cSt。
当油温低于表4所列的数值时,必须提供浸油润滑方式,或者对润滑油进行加热。
