c.推荐的反力矩支架的安装位置参见下图。对SCWU、SCWS、SCWO型减速器,当中心距a=63~100mm时,安装位置为1~8;当中心距a=125~315mm时,最佳安装位置为1、3、4、5,也可用7或8。
d.反力矩支架与固定支承联接端的轴套使用橡胶等弹性体,以防止发生挠曲并吸收所产生的转矩波动。

a.减速器与工作机的安装关系参见下图。为避免工作机主轴挠曲及在减速器蜗轮轴承上产生附加力,减速器与工作机之间的距离在不影响正常工作的条件下,应尽量小,其值为5~10mm。
b.安装时要求与减速器相配合的工作机轴端应带有平键和螺纹中心孔,平键按GB1095-1979的规定,中心孔应按GB145-1985规定的C型。
c.减速器沿工作机轴向定位采用轴端挡板和固定螺栓,轴端挡板与蜗轮轴固连在一起,以保证减速器轴向对中。
d.为便于减速器的拆卸,在减速器安装前,须在工作机轴上与减速器蜗轮轴内孔退刀槽对应位置钻与拆卸孔垂直的排泄孔,以使铁锈溶剂通过安装在拆卸孔上的喷射器或泵打入油槽。采用的管接头必须与喷射器相适应。

e.减速器与原动机和工作机之间必须对中,其误差不得大于所用联轴器的许用补偿量。
f.减速器安装好后用手转动必须灵活,无卡死现象。蜗杆轴承和蜗轮轴承的轴向间隙应符合技术要求中的规定。
g.安装好的减速器在正式使用以前,应进行空载、部分额定载荷间歇运转1~3h后方可正式运转,运转应平稳、无冲击、无异常振动和噪声及漏油等现象,最高油温不得超过100℃,如发现故障,应及时排除。

减速器润滑油的更换
a.减速器(或新更换的蜗杆副)第一次使用时,当运转150~300h后须更换润滑油,在以后的使用中应定期检查油的质量。对于混入杂质或变质的油须及时更换。一般情况下,对于长期连续工作的减速器,每500~1000h必须换油一次。对于每天工作时间不超过8h的减速器,每1200~3000h换油一次。
b.减速器应加入与原来使用牌号相同的油,不得与不同牌号的油相混用,牌号相同而粘度不同的油允许混合使用。
c.在换油过程中,蜗轮应使用运转时相同牌号的油进行清洗(用煤油等会损害密封件,并影响润滑油的性能)。
d.减速器运行过程中,当发现油的温升超过80℃或油温超过100℃及产生不正常的噪声等现象时,应停止使用,检查原因。如因齿面胶合等原因所致,必须排除故障,更换润滑油后,方可继续动转。
e.减速器应定期检修。发现擦伤、胶合及显著磨损,必须采取有效措施。备件必须按标准要求制造,更新的备件必须经跑合和负荷试验后,才能正式使用。
f.用户应有合理的使用维护规章制度,对减速器的运转情况和维护中发现的问题作认真记录。
