减速器的安装、使用与维护
1、安装与使用的注意事项
1)安装前应仔细阅读SEW公司随机所带的减速器的操作说明书,严格按规定程序进行。
2)安装前应该用标准溶剂清除输出轴和法兰表面的防腐剂,注意溶剂不可进入油封的密封凸缘上,以免损坏油封材料。
3)减速电机只能按规定的安装位置安装在平的、减振的和抗扭的支撑结构上。保证工作人员能方便地靠近油标、通气塞、排油塞。如果需要,在减速器与从动机之间使用厚2~3mm的塑料垫片,以消除两种不同金属接触时的电化学腐蚀危险。
4)减速器使用前将通气孔的螺塞取下,换上通气塞。还要检查加注的油量是否与规定的安装位置相符。
2、检查与维护

注意:
1)不同牌号的矿物油彼此不能混合,矿物油与合成油也不能混合。
2)换油时要等待减速器冷却下来无燃烧危险为止,但仍应保持温热,因为完全冷却后,油的粘度增大,放油困难。
要切断传动装置电源,防止无意间通电!
注:CLP=矿物油,CLPHC=碳氢化合物类合成油,CLPPG=聚乙二醇合成油
3、故障处理
