冷轧齿轮箱Cold rolling gear box

冷轧是用热轧钢卷为原料，经酸洗去除氧化皮后进行冷连轧，其成品为轧硬卷。冷连扎机组齿轮箱位于主传动电机与轧机之间，输入轴与电机相连，两输出轴与轧机的工作辊相连，其功能是将一个主传动电机输出的扭矩分配给上下工作辊，由此达到轧制冷轧钢板的目的。

冷连扎机组齿轮箱的结构形式为单输入双输出的复合型结构型式，相当于由主减齿轮箱和机座齿轮箱组合的型式。
