公司拥有国内外最先进的瑞士莱斯豪尔AZA、NZA、ZB磨齿机，德国尼尔斯滚齿机，YD7163锥面砂轮磨齿机，215磨齿机，THA6350卧式加工中心，TP611B、TX619卧式数显镗床等近200多台/套先进的生产加工设备及Z450齿轮综合误差测量仪，JXB-B电脑型万能工具显微镜等多台检测设备，测试手段齐全，精度达GB/T10095标准5-6级，保证了产品的高强度和低噪音，经久耐用。质保体系完善，采用先进的计算机辅助设计和计算机辅助制造，既能为现有客户进行产品的设计和加工，又能为潜在客户进行新产品的开发及制造。
