创业于1976年，由早期的服务业逐步迈向生产制造与销售到出口贸易，1990年代理日本小型马达与齿轮减速机销售，1992年并引进国外技术开始生产小型齿轮马达减速机，开拓了台湾最早期的小型齿轮减速马达专业制造厂。
成长史
1976年－ 创立公司，资本额20万元，厂地占地30坪，专营买卖与修理服务。
1982年－ 建厂于三重市光复路一段12巷26号，厂房约300坪，员工30人，同年开始制造马达。
1983年－ 因实际业务之需要，公司改组，并增加营业项目有齿轮减速机，小型AC.DC.马达及马达电子调速器、传动轴用扭力限制器等专业生产。
1984年－ 建立全省经销与成立贸易体制，使生产品顺利外销，其当时员工约40人。
1990年－ 因当时业绩及实际生产量逐年突增，为应付其实际需求，再度于台北县五股工业区五权三路50号，员工有80余人之多，资本额亦增为2000万元。
1995年－ 国际事业一致好评及扩大，在中国成立分公司
