托玛斯TMOX公司最早成立于美国加州，前期主要从事工控自动化控制编程业务，和世界著名品牌Scheneider施耐德、AB罗克韦尔、派克Parker、德国阿尔法ALPHA行星减速机、贝赛德bayside有良好的合作关系。
托玛斯TMOX快速发展因业务持续发展需要，于1996年在台湾投资生产行星减速机产品，采用德国先进齿轮加工设备、日本精密滚齿设备、引进德国齿轮工艺融合台湾的先进加工技术，产品最初广泛应用在拉斯维加斯Las Vegas豪华设备和军工导弹发射装置以及欧州高端精密自动化设备。
