为保证产品的卓越品质，公司近年来从国内外一流设备厂商引进了具有国际领先水平的各类加工和检测设备。公司现有德国霍夫勒公司HELIX400型、RAPID1250型、RAPID1600/2000型、秦川YK7332型等数控成型砂轮磨齿机多台，并有数控加工中心、大型数控滚齿机、大型数控龙门镗铣床、数控镗床、大型立式车床等加工设备。公司还引进了大型井式气体渗碳炉生产线和多用炉生产线。并配备了齿轮综合测量仪、整机试验台、金相显微镜、显微硬度计、超声波探伤仪等完善的检测和试验设备。
