一、概述
硬齿面减速器主要包括平行轴系列和垂直轴系列，平行轴减速器是按国家标准(JB/T8853—2001)生产。产品经优化设计，具有国际九十年代先进水平。它主要包括ZDY(单级)、ZLY(两级)、ZSY(三级)和ZFY(四级)四大系列。垂直轴减速器是按国家标准(JB/T9002-1999)生产。用于输入轴与输出轴呈垂直方向布置的传动装置，它主要包括DBY、DCY和DFY三大系列。
1.性能特点
(1)中心距，公称传动比等主要参数均经优化设计，主要零部件互换性好。
(2)齿轮均采用优质合金钢经渗碳、淬火而成，齿面硬度达54-62HRC。
(3)体积小、重量轻、精度高、承载能力大、效率高，寿命长，可靠性高、传动平稳、噪声低。
(4)一般采用油池润滑，自然冷却，当热功率不能满足时，可采用循环油润滑或风扇．冷却盘管冷却。
