章丘市精工锻造厂始建于1983年，企业占地6万余平方米，建筑面积3万平方米。现有员工200余人，其中工程技术人员30名，工程师6名。资产达2000万元，年产锻件3万吨。主要生产工程机械、汽车、石油机械配件、液压机械、发电设备、冶金、矿山、铁路、 船舶机械等配件的锻造毛坯。能完成产品自由锻造、模锻造、机械加工、热处理、精加工、插齿、滚齿、磨齿。能完成各种形状、材质的自由锻造、胎膜锻造、模锻造；锻件重量5kg-10T。国内主要配套厂家：徐工集团、三一重工、中联、福田雷沃、北车、山推、山东临工、小松、卡特、青岛四方机车厂、胜利油田、大庆油田以及国内的德国、意大利、美国和日本独资企业等。国外主要出口至欧美、亚洲国家。减速机锻件、行走、卷扬、起升、回转机构锻件、液压机械锻件、结构件锻造、传动机械锻件、齿圈锻件、链轮锻件、齿轮锻件、自由锻件、皮带轮锻件、模锻件、石油机械锻件、矿山机械锻件、井口设备锻件、机床锻件、工程机械锻件、煤矿机械锻件、汽车锻件、传动轴锻件、轴类锻件（5米以内）、筒类锻件（外径1.5米以内、高度700mm以内）、环形锻件（外径2米以内，高度320mm以内）、高径法兰、端法兰、挖掘机、泵车、挖沟机械及塔吊等机构。内齿圈成品：先后研制开发了汽车吊、履带吊、港口桥吊、旋挖钻、掘进机、挖掘机、装载机、汽车、矿山机械绞车等机械的各类内齿圈。企业生产的50—400吨履带起重机行走、卷扬、回转、变幅减速机齿圈，其技术水平达到国际先进水平，现齿圈成品有30多种，内齿圈从模数1——模数12，单联双联齿圈专供徐工、中联、三一、北京力士乐、福田等；各种机械齿圈齿轮内齿，外齿圈从模数1-模数25，以上产品精度能达到6级。刀具为汉江工具厂双AA级插齿刀。联系人：高经理1866843777传真0531-83681226
