泊头市建新铸造量具有限责任公司始建于1978年6月份，自2004年改制为有限责任公司，2005年10月18日正式通过GB/T19001-2000idt ISO9001:2000世界质量管理体系认证。无论从生产设备、生产环境、工艺创新、人才资源管理方面都上了一个大台阶。
公司现占地面积84000平方米（126亩），总建筑面积52600平方米，其中，铸造车间1座10000平方米，加工车间3座各10000平方米，热处理车间1座2500平方米，成品库1座3000平方米，辅助用房3000平方米，办公楼3500平方米。铸造车间拥有10T冲天炉2台，4×12米回火窑1座，震 压造型机、树脂砂再生设备，设计铸造能力为2万吨/年生产量，生产规模为年生产铸铁平台3500台套。机加工车间拥有现代化的厂房，大型机加工设备几十台。如、龙门刨床：1200*4000、2500*8000、2500*12000、3000*10000、3200*16000、数控龙门镗铣床：4000*12000，落地镗铣床φ200，沈阳中捷立式钻床：Z 80、Z50各3台，数显立式车床：φ5000，断面铣：1500*6000、2000*6000、3500*8000及其他辅助精加工设备。
我公司集设计、铸造、机加工、安装调试、售前、售中、售后服务于一体，2010年包括球墨铸铁和灰口铸铁，全年产量已突破18000吨。其代表产品为铸铁平台平板，铁地板、划线平台、检验平台、焊接平台、落地镗铣床工作台、火工平台、风电试验平台、垫箱、地轨、地梁、基础槽铁、大型机床铸件、床身、立柱、横梁，同时承接消失模树脂砂铸造……
