您所购买的产品无偿保修期为由购买日期起一年，在此期间机器如发生任何问题均可送到优昂公司维修部或者指定办事处进行咨询及保修服务。本产品维修方式是送修。当向销售部或维修部要求保修服务时，需要出差、住宿时，其住宿费、交通费用要求客户承担。
根据国家规定下列情况排除在保修服务范围之外，我们将收取费用（收费标准=修理费+更换零件费）。
1、客户自己使用不当，或运输不当引起的损坏。
2、产品发生故障后，客户与本公司指定的维修站建立维修关系或自行更换、拆除及涂改机身号码。
3、因雷击、水害、火灾等一切自然灾害造成的损坏。
4、出货日期超出保修期，不给予保修，如客户需要则酌情收取维修费和零件费。
5、因电压异常造成的损坏。
6、保修卡遗失，保修卡复制者。
7、凡无有效凭证或超过保修期，则酌情收取维修费和零件费。
8、外观与耗材不在保修范围内。
9、送修过程中的快递费用或普通货运费用，如因本公司产品问题，则由本公司承当，反之由客户承当。 。。
