产品进行模块化优化设计，具有极高的组合性、互换性。按5级精度设计，齿轮采用优质合金钢渗碳淬火，磨削内外齿直径达到2300mm，对齿轮进行预修形，降低噪音，专业的热处理和齿根处理工艺，保证强度，提高减速机的承载能力。
公司从德国引进先进的设计技术和人才，并与国内院校进行合作，建立了传动技术研究中心，汇集了众多优秀的研究人才，能够进行三维优化设计和有限元分析，研发各类传动设备，以卓越的品质向客户提供整体的传动解决方案。
