1．中国东莞市钜顺贸易有限公司于1997年成立传动部门，主要以经营传动产品，应用领域涉及电子制造设备，食品加工机械、塑料机械等；
2．于1999年生产销售蜗轮减速机和加工传动零件。一直以生产最优良的传动组件为努力的目标,从产品的研发,制程的改良到设备的更新. ,公司不断投入大量的人力资源,朝着目标迈进,以回馈客户的期待与肯定，为供应工业的需求,特研究改良以最符合国际标谁的蜗轮减速机.以良好的蜗轮材质加上经验强固的热处理及精细研磨的蜗杆制成,故能保持最圆滑的运转,效率高,体积小,重量轻,外型美观,寿命长且发声极小不易逆转,相信能对贵公司,工厂做最大的贡献.
3．2001年公司为为了满足传动业对零配件的需求,在原有基础上又新增了一批高精尖的专业制造机器:如滚齿机,磨齿机,数控车床,数控铣床,CNC立式加工中心,卧式加工中心,螺旋锥齿轮加工机床等,还配备了三维座标测量仪以及从美国M&M公司引进的CNC齿轮检测中心,在制造工具上我公司已达到了国内先进水平.
4、2002年成立自动化部门，与日本TSK、台湾PMI、AMT、CPC合作，开发中国滑轨、丝杆等高精度产品市场，广泛应用在工业机器人、半导体、医疗设备及各种机床等与日常生活密切相关的产品中；
5、2002年6月成立上海分公司——上海光镁贸易有限公司，主要负责华东市场的开发与服务；
6、2004年1月成立生物科技部门，与台湾COLONY合作开发中国市场，造福人类健康；
7、2004年11月成立日本电子部门，与日本电子（JEOL）合作，为中国市场提供等离子体枪，电源控制箱及本体部品等高科技产品的销售及服务，主要应用于光学设备；
8、2006年与台湾嵩阳工业股份有限公司合作，主要销售专业滚珠螺杆支撑座，为丝杆客户提供更好更便捷的服务。
