江苏省减速机产品质量监督检验中心2007经江苏省质量技术监督局批准建设，并于2009年底通过了江苏省质量技术监督局组织的计量认证和实验室资质认定，具备了减速机及其他授权产品的法定检验资质。
减速机检验中心的综合实力
中心占地18亩，检验用房3000平方米。内设减速机整机测试系统、齿轮测量中心、直读式光谱仪等各类高精尖测试仪器60余台（套），固定资产原值1400万元以上。中心拥有硕士3人、本科10人等共15名（其中高级工程师4人，工程师8人）高素质专业人才队伍。
除法定的检验检测外，中心还承担了江苏省科技基础设施建设项目--“省传动机械试验检测公共服务平台”，为泰兴市减速机产品产业基地及省内企业提供传动机械产品检验检测、检验方法和技术规范制订等零距离服务。

1.减速器整机性能综合试验台
以英国派克公司电回馈系统和ABB电机为核心部件，具备200千瓦减速器整机检测能力，可检测减速器空载、负载、超载试验、输出扭矩、传动比误差、传动效率、噪声、温升、内腔清洁度、齿轮精度、装配精度；
2.齿轮测量中心：德国温泽公司出品，测试精度1.5级；
3.直读式光谱仪：德国牛津公司出品，配有铁基、铜基、铝基等金属材料的检验和软件支持功能，具备对合金钢、不锈钢、铜材、铝材的金属元素检测能力，检出限达0.001%；
4.金相显微镜：德国蔡司公司出品，用于金属材料热处理效果等内部结构图像的精确分析。

In addition to the statutory inspection, center also bear the Jiangsu province science and technology infrastructure construction projects -- the "province of mechanical transmission test platform for public service", to provide transmission machinery products inspection, testing methods and technical specifications for the zero distance service for reducer product industry base and provincial enterprises in Taixing city.
