江苏泰祥齿轮箱制造有限公司是国家机械工业的骨干企业前身是泰祥减速机有限公司，专业生产各类重载、高速、精密硬齿面及各种大型的非标齿轮箱的设计和制造.“泰祥”牌减速机先后用于发电、冶金、矿山、造船、石油化工、航天航空、通用机械、国防科研，并在国家大型项目中得到广泛应用，并出口德国，美国，东南亚等国家和地区。公司技术先进、设备精良、测试手段齐全、质量体系完善产品多次荣获国家及部级奖励，公司被授予江苏省高科技企业、江苏省重合同守信用企业、先进管理企业等称号。
公司占地面积86000平方米，建有3600平方米的恒温厂房装备具有国际先进水平的齿轮加工、箱体加工、刀具加工设备，检测设备20余台套，公司一德国沵而兹内外齿成型磨齿机，美国卢卡斯公司大型精密镗床，德国克林贝尔公司全自动控制的热处理大型气体渗碳炉等一批高精尖的生产检测设备共计200多余套。公司建有一支高速重载齿轮研究人员，采用先进的计算机辅助设计和编制工艺，高精度的加工设备、高技术的研发人员不断制造出具有高科技含量的圆柱齿轮、中硬齿面、硬齿面、电动滚筒、圆弧蜗轮、三环、模块化系列大型非标齿轮箱几十万种减速机。
