公司占地面积86000平方米，建有3600平方米的恒温厂房设备具有国际先进水平的齿轮加工、箱体加工、刀具加工设备及全自动控制的热处理大型气体渗碳炉等一批高精尖的生产检测设备共计200多余套。公司建有一支高速重载齿轮研究人员，采用先进的计算机辅助设计和编制工艺，高精度的加工设备高技术的研发人员不断制造出具有高科技含量的圆柱齿轮、中硬齿面、硬齿面、电动滚筒、圆弧蜗轮、三环、模块化系列和大型非标齿轮箱等上万种规格减速机。
