江苏豪源减速机制造有限公司成立于1992年，位于全国减速机之乡-江苏省泰兴市，是江苏省省属独立法人企业。

企业目前现有职工238人，其中高学历的技术人员占20%，高精尖机械设备130余台套，检测设备12台套。为确保产品质量，内部设立了56个质量控制点，全面监测跟踪质量管理工作，形成完整的生产、质量、技术创新体系和严格的检测制度。
企业主要产品有：ZDY、ZLY、ZSY、ZFY硬齿面圆柱齿轮减速机；DBY、DCY、DFY硬齿面圆锥、圆柱齿轮减速机；ZQA、QJR、QJS、QJRS、QJR-D、QJS-D、QJRS-D、QY系列起重机用减速机；ZQ、ZD、ZL、ZS系列通用减速机；NGW、 NAD、NBD、NCD、P系列行星减速机；WD、WS、 A、WHX、PWO系列蜗轮蜗杆减速机；K、R、F、S四大系列减速机、；H、B系列工业齿轮箱；三环系列减速机；ZJY、TY轴装式硬齿面减速机；TDY、WD内外装电动滚筒及拥有自主知识产权的塑机专用减速机；型钢热轧专用减速机以及代为用户设计各种非标异型减速机。成为冶金、建材、化工、起重、运输、船舶、矿山工业企业的广泛配套商，取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。

Jiangsu Haoyuan reducer manufacturing Co., Ltd., established in 1992, is located in Taixing City, Jiangsu Province, the hometown of reducer in China. Over the past 20 years, the company has adhered to the development concept of "people-oriented, quality first, innovation and refinement, and pursuit of excellence". With standardization and institutionalization, the company has continuously innovated its management, making the enterprise develop into a star enterprise group integrating science, industry and trade, thus casting the spiritual world and life pursuit of Taixing people. At present, there are 238 employees in the enterprise, of which 20% are technicians with high education background.
