浙江速能机械有限公司现已是具有相当规模的减速机制造和销售企业，公司先后引进了一批高精尖的生产、检测设备，为产品的生产提供了高质量的保证。在公司发展中，公司坚持走“科技兴企”、“科技强企”的发展道路，制定了“三高一特”的新产品开发战略即高科技含量、高附加值、高市场容量和特大机型，除了自主研制以外，还通过产、 学 、研联合，广泛与国内著名的院士、专家、各大院校研究机构合作，共同开发研制高新科技产品。
