新近落成的3000平方米24工位集物流、装配、试验为一体的十万级净化恒温车间和承重1200Kg、货位数1824个的智能仓储系统，通过与各类先进制造装备和计量检测技术的柔性组合，建设成从毛坯投入、加工制造、检验检测、装配试验及成品入库自动化生产系统。使泰丰液压成为了中国液压行业首家数字化智能型液压控制系统产品专业制造企业。
泰丰液压十分重视科技进步和技术创新，拥有各项专利68项，其中发明专利11项。2008 年与浙江大学签订了产学研合作协议，联合浙江大学机械电子工程控制研究所开发了比例溢流阀、双主动控制型比例插装阀、动态控制阀、水介质插装阀等新技术产品，依靠创新驱动和产品升级促进了泰丰液压的快速发展。
