公司现有员工120多人，其中工程技术人员20余人。厂区占地面积2万多平方米，拥有立式加工中心、数控镗铣床、磨齿机等各种高、精、尖设备100多余台（套），有配套齐全的热处理设备。本公司生产的各种减速机达300多个品种。同时根据用户要求生产各种非标类专用减速机，年生产能力500000台（套）以上。是华东地区生产减速机规模最大的厂家之一。
公司在生产、销售、财务、仓储等领域实施了ERP管理；产品设计均采用计算机辅助设计系统；机械冷、热加工工艺先进，齿轮加工采用渗碳、氮化、磨齿等工艺，精度达到5级以上。拥有三台标测量机，齿轮综合检测仪，封闭式齿轮传动试验台等设备。质量管理体系完善，已通过ISO9001认证。
