大新基础件有限公司是生产新型机械基础件的专业工厂。主要加工设备为半自动流水线作业，目前具有年产50万套的生产规模。该产品结构、外形尺寸、安装方式均与国外同类产品通用，技术指标、技术性能可以满足国外机器的使用要求，同时也是国产化替代进口机件必不可少的基础零部件，可节约外汇。目前为国内机械行业主机配套的有100余个厂家，同时出口远销美国、德国、印尼、澳大利亚、斯里兰卡、比利时、瑞士、泰国、越南、日本、韩国等国家。

除国标JB/T7934-1999的Z1型---Z20型系列胀紧联结套、LX型系列弹性联轴、HL型HLL型系列弹性柱销联轴器、JM型系列膜片联轴器系列产品外，另开发生产德国、意大利、日本、台湾各企业标准系列胀紧联结套、新型联轴器，其产品结构、外形尺寸、安装方式均于国外同类产品通用，技术指标、技术性能可以满足国内外机器的使用要求。
特殊工艺特性：
该产品材料采用65Mn和60Si2Mn弹性材料，加工工艺采用全磨削加工和淬火热处理工艺，表面采用液体喷砂处理。
