 YQ800液气分离器
液气分离器可将陆地和海上油田井流分离成油、气、水三相，容器尺寸依工艺要求而定。YQ系列液气分离器是朋惠公司设计开发的置换气侵钻井液的专用设备。液气分离器主要是除去泥浆中含有直径约大于φ3～φ25mm的大气泡，这些气体使钻井液的比重、粘度发生了较大的偏离，不能满足钻井的需求，如果气侵严重时还可能会引起井涌、甚至发生井喷事故。 1、从气液分离器底部排出泥浆和液体，调节液体的工作液位，并在分液器中提供一定的液位。这样，固相不会堆积在分离器中。 2、分离和排出泥浆系统内大量的游离气体，包括有毒气体，比如硫化氢。 3、在分离器中，有专门的管道，可以快速的去除气体，提高了处理效率。 4、被分离出的气体通过放喷管路排往井场安全区放喷燃烧。 5、气液分离技术将离心分离与物理冲击分离以及真空分离相结合，保证了分离效率。 6、在用于供应液体的弯管上，安装减震器，涂有耐腐蚀放腐层，在处理有腐蚀性气体时，可延长使用寿命。 YQ800 liquid-gas separator The liquid-gas separator can separate the well flow in the onshore and offshore oil fields into oil, gas and water.
