f1一工作机系数,根据工作机构的载荷善和利用等级由表A选取(参照GB/T3811附录N);
f2一修正系数,一般f2=1.15
3.校核减速器的最大负荷Pmax,pN≥Pmax
Pmax≥Mn×0n1×f3/9550
式中:Mn一电动机的额定转矩Nm;
f3一峰值转矩系数,根据工作机构的载荷状况的利用等级由表A选取。
4.根据iN和pn从功率表(表达10或11)中选取减速器的规格型号。
例:一台起重量为32t,跨度22.5m连续卸用抓桥式起重机;其主起升机构需静功率为50kw,起升速度为8m/min,转速为18.5r/min,机构工作级别m7;起升电动机额定功率为60kw,转速750r/min。试选择减速器(底座式,第Ⅲ种装配形式,齿轮轴端)。
1)计算传动比;
选in=40,三级传动:
2)确定减速器的额定输入功率:
is=n1/n2=750/18.5=40.5
由GB/T3811附录N,工作级别为M7的连续装卸用抓斗桥式起重机,其主起机构利用等级为T6,载荷状况为L3,查表A,得f1=1.2。f2=1.15
PS=60×1.2×1.15=82.8(KW)
当n=750r/min,In=400mm,减速器高速轴许用功率PN=103.5KW接近PS=82.8KW,满足要求。
3)校核减速器的最大负荷:
电动机额定转矩:
MN=9550×XP1/n1=9550×60/750=764(NM)
由l3-T6-M7查表A,起升机构f3=1.0
Pmax=(MN×n1×f3)/9550=(764×750×1)/9550=60(kW)
